Donna, Office Manager
Donna has been our office manager and "right hand woman" for thirty-eight years. She is married and has a son, married and has a beautiful daughter. He is a realtor in Lemont and my daughter, married, with 2 adopted dogs and has a Masters in School Counseling from St. Xavier University and works as a HS counselor. Donna has a shared passion with our dentist for giving the utmost care to each of our patients both personally and dentally. She has a gift for organization and lots of energy. She adds that personal touch at the front desk that many offices lack. She truly cares for people.
Hiba
Behind the scenes at our practice, you'll find Hiba, our caring and organized office manager who keeps everything running smoothly. With a strong focus on creating a welcoming, supportive environment for both patients and staff, Hiba handles day-to-day operations, scheduling, communication, and patient experience with warmth and professionalism.
As a mother of three and someone who deeply values family and community, Hiba brings empathy, multitasking superpowers, and a genuine desire to make every visit as easy and comfortable as possible. She’s passionate about supporting Dr. Merchant in building a dental practice that feels like home for every patient who walks through our doors.
Sue, Dental Hygienist
Sue has joined our team in April 2019. She is married and the mother of 3 adult Children. She has been a hygienist for 25 years and shines in the area of patient education. She is committed to teaching excellent oral hygiene to each patient that she treats.. Patients and their oral health truly matter to Sue.
